I want, I can, I dare! Based on these keywords, Förskolan Stegen shapes its pedagogical operations for children with special needs. We are now looking for a childcare worker to work as a substitute for at least 6 months.

Your role

Through motivation, challenges, and facilitation, we ensure that our children get to learn, explore, and play. As a childcare worker with us, you are a central part of this by working closely with our children in everyday life, from play and training to personal care. You will be part of a team consisting of different professions such as preschool teachers, conductors, activation pedagogues, assistant nurses, and childcare workers.

Who we are looking for

At Förskolan Stegen, you are part of an environment where we together meet challenges and share the joy of the children's progress. Therefore, it is important that you can collaborate and have a positive approach that focuses on the child's strengths and opportunities, rather than difficulties. You should be responsible and, above all, interested in learning a new pedagogy. The conductive pedagogy is physically demanding, which you need to enjoy.

Qualifications

• Trained childcare worker or assistant nurse

• Experience in pedagogical work in preschool activities
• Experience working with children with multiple disabilities

Bräcke Förskola Stegen

Bräcke Förskola Stegen is a special preschool for children aged 1–6 who have mobility impairments and need special support. We work based on the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum for preschools (Lpfö 18) and use conductive pedagogy as a tool in our work with the children.
