Dalängskolan is a school for grades 7-9 located in the western part of Lidköping.

Job Responsibilities

You work at the individual and group level to support students' knowledge-based and social development. The assignment includes communication and collaboration with guardians as well as other professions within the school. The work involves collaborating with and supporting teachers in their instruction to create good conditions for students' learning and development.

You are part of a team working with students in special education groups and cooperate continuously with teachers and work teams. The work requires great flexibility, good cooperation skills, and a solution-focused approach in collaboration with other staff.

Qualifications

You are well acquainted with the school's view of knowledge and its value-based mission. You have good knowledge of and can use digital tools. You have the ability to motivate and create learning and teaching environments characterized by inclusion, variation, and interactivity. You have the ability to see and meet each student and start from what works. You have a strong commitment in the classroom and take great responsibility in the work. You have very good ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You have good cooperation skills and are communicative and creative. We would like you to dare to think and try new things together with others.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Temporary position 100% from 2026-08-17 to 2026-12-23

Other

In our operations, everyone who is to be employed to work with children and young people must, according to law (2000:873), present an extract from the criminal record. The form can be obtained from the Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention - request extract | Police Authority (polisen.se). It usually takes between 1-2 weeks to receive it by mail.

Criminal Record Extract

Before an employment offer is made, you as a candidate are obliged to present an extract from the criminal record for work in any of the following areas; school or preschool, work with children in other activities than school and childcare, work with children according to LSS, work at or in connection with HVB homes, work with the elderly or persons with disabilities. You order the extract via the Police website. The extract must be presented before employment can begin.
