We are now looking for a personal assistant for a cheerful and active 18-year-old young man.

He enjoys meeting new people, playing with balls (soccer, basketball, etc.), and spending time with animals. He is tidy and likes to help out at home.

Due to epilepsy, the client needs someone close by during all waking hours. As a personal assistant, you will therefore be an important source of security in his daily life.

We are looking for personal assistants who can work day shifts.

It is an advantage if you live in or near the area, as working hours can be difficult to combine with long commutes.

We are looking for you who:

• Are calm, attentive, and confident in yourself.
• Have the ability to act quickly and responsibly if something were to happen.
• Preferably have experience with epilepsy or work in healthcare/care (meritorious, but not a requirement).
• Enjoy working in a role where you make a real difference.

As an assistant, you will become part of a team working to create security, inclusion, and joy in the client's daily life.

We have offices in Hudiksvall, Karlstad, Östersund, Stockholm, and Umeå. The goal of our operations is for our clients to be able to live as independent a life as possible. We have collective agreements with Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Holiday pay, shift allowances, and other salary supplements are added according to the agreement. We also offer a wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK per year for full-time positions, workplace coffee, and other benefits.
