In our operations, we meet people of all ages, including children, young people, parents, individuals with substance abuse issues, addiction, or social psychiatric disabilities, victims of violence, and those in need of social assistance. We work with authority exercises, needs-assessed interventions, as well as preventive and advisory measures to reach people early.
Our organization has transitioned to a first-line social service with a single entry point for citizens, meaning all cases are initially handled by a common reception unit. Investigations and further interventions then take place in a second line. This working method aims to make social services more accessible and efficient for everyone in need of support. Collaboration is a central part of our approach, as we value supporting each other to achieve the best possible results for those we serve.

To meet new demands within social services, we are expanding our operations and seeking two Social Administrators for the Employment and Social Assistance unit.
On the unit, we work with social assistance, budget and debt counseling, as well as integration issues.
As a Social Administrator, you will handle simpler cases of financial assistance. This involves investigating, assessing, and making decisions regarding the right to financial support according to the Social Services Act. The role also includes documenting cases in the social services' operational system.
You will also relieve case handlers of various administrative tasks. Collaboration is a key part of the assignment, both internally within social services and with external actors.
The role also involves contributing to the development of new working methods in line with the new Social Services Act and upcoming legal requirements regarding activity requirements. The tasks will develop over time as we shape working methods in the new organization.
