RESPONSIBILITIES

As a resource pedagogue, you work closely with one or more students in our classes and serve as a support throughout the school day. You collaborate closely with class teachers and the student health team to create good conditions for students' learning and development, while also contributing to structure, security, and a conducive study environment in the classroom. The position also includes work at the school's after-school care, where you, together with colleagues, plan, implement, and develop the activities. You contribute to strengthening the students' social and pedagogical development both during the school day and in the after-school care activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have education as a childcare worker, teaching assistant, or other relevant education, as well as experience working with students in need of special support. You are well-versed in the governing documents and missions of the school and after-school care and have the ability to translate these into practice in your daily work. You work in a structured manner and can adapt your pedagogical support based on the students' individual needs and the activities' goals.

You thrive in collaboration with colleagues and actively contribute to developing the activities. Your view of students is characterized by respect and a strong belief that all students can and want to develop. You have high expectations of the students and work purposefully to ensure they feel secure, comfortable, and motivated both in school and in after-school care.

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and responsive. You are confident and clear in your leadership and have a professional approach in meetings with students, guardians, and colleagues. The work requires that you are flexible, have good ability to plan and prioritize, and can handle unexpected situations in a calm and solution-oriented manner. Knowledge of NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) diagnoses is a requirement to be considered for the position, and if you also have experience working with students with NPD, it is advantageous. If you also have knowledge of Type 1 diabetes, it is particularly advantageous.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: Start date 2026-08-06. Start on 6/8 or as agreed, but no later than 13/8, ending: 2026-12-22.

Note that the employment is fixed-term, primarily during the autumn term of 2026, but with a possible opportunity for extension.
