About the position

We are looking for a teacher for the after-school program (fritidshem) at Dösjebroskolan in Kävlinge Municipality.

You will be part of the school's after-school team, working alongside other qualified teachers who meet weekly to plan and develop the after-school activities.

As a teacher in the after-school program, you will share responsibility with your colleagues for planning, implementing, reflecting on, and evaluating the after-school activities. These activities are integrated into the students' school day during parts of the day through FRIS (a Swedish framework for after-school care). You will offer stimulating and challenging education through activities that contribute to the students' development and learning, providing them with a meaningful and enjoyable after-school time.

Together with your work team, you will create good learning environments and opportunities for creative learning. Through a creative, problem-solving, and exploratory approach where play and movement are a natural part of education, you will give students the opportunity to learn in the best way. You are well-grounded in current regulatory documents and are responsible for ensuring the school works towards set goals and for pedagogical development.

We are looking for you who are educated and licensed as a teacher for the after-school program.

In your work, you have a clear focus on the student, are engaged in pedagogical development work, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You are a clear leader who is goal-oriented and values having good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. We also believe that you have good collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you are accustomed to working with digital tools and can bring new thoughts and ideas to our operations. Personal suitability is highly valued.

About the employment

The employment is a temporary position (vicar) extending until June 2027.
