We are located in our own facilities with 9 classes covering grades 1–6. For the autumn term, we will expand from two to three after-school program units. You will join our after-school program team, working alongside preschool teachers who act as coordinators. Together, you will be responsible for planning, teaching, and assessment in the after-school program. Together, we strengthen our students' knowledge and personal development while providing them with a meaningful leisure time.
At Broskolan, we work with equitable education and adapted learning environments. Our work is characterized by clarifying pedagogy, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and low-affective interaction. During school hours, you will collaborate with the rest of the school staff. The role also includes co-teaching and co-assessment of students, as well as evaluating teaching within the work team. Together, we create a operation that meets the needs of our students and guardians in the best possible way, based on their individual requirements.

Previous experience in the profession and experience working with students with disabilities (IF), neurodevelopmental disorders (NPF), and AAC needs is considered an advantage.
You have a good understanding of the school's governing documents and knowledge of how to apply them in daily work. You possess strong didactic and pedagogical skills and can lead and organize work to create a good learning environment for students. Based on scientific foundation and proven experience, you contribute to the development of the operation. You are proficient in using digital tools.
We welcome your application!
