Description of the workplace
The position is located within the research groups "Prostate Cancer Imaging Group" and "MR Physics Group" at the Department of Medical Radiation Physics. The research aims to improve MRI-based cancer diagnostics, and the interdisciplinary research group comprises members with diverse expertise in physics, biomedicine, and radiation physics. Tasks and responsibilities
You will work with collected research data from studies of experimental MRI, specifically processing and analyzing images. The objective is to establish an image reconstruction pipeline that converts raw data from experimental methods into high-quality images. Tasks include image reconstruction, correction methods, data collection, programming, statistical analysis, as well as oral and written reporting.

The position is fixed-term for the period 2026-09-01 – 2026-12-31 and covers 100% of full-time hours.
