Job Description

At Laröd School, we are now looking for a certified teacher with the qualification to teach mathematics in years 7–9. You will teach mathematics to year 7 and year 8 students and serve as a mentor for year 7 together with three colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with the qualification to teach mathematics in years 7–9.

You have good insight into the school's governing documents and a well-developed didactic and pedagogical ability. In your work, you are both independent and structured, and you lead the teaching in a clear manner to create security, study peace, and a positive learning environment. You are flexible in your working methods and adapt the teaching to the students' needs. With your social skills and good cooperation ability, you contribute to good collaboration with colleagues, while also having a relationship-building approach in meetings with students and guardians. In the classroom, you exercise clear and secure leadership and have well-developed leadership skills. You have good teaching ability in the subject and are driven by a commitment to develop both your own teaching and the operations as a whole.
