About the role
You are the rhythm, the leader, and the heartbeat of our group classes. As a group fitness instructor, your task is to guide both experienced and novice participants through the session – in every beat and every movement. We believe that training should be fun, inspiring, and accessible to everyone – and that is where you come in.

Currently, we offer over 20 different group fitness classes – everything from strength training, functional training, cardio, and HIIT to dance, boxing, and yoga. All our group classes can be adapted to the participant's level and daily condition.

The position involves a hourly employment of 1 to 5 hours per week at Fitness24Seven Trelleborg. Do you lack instructor education? No worries – if you are the right person for us, it will be included in your employment.

We are looking for you
To thrive and develop in the role of a group fitness instructor, we are looking for someone who is engaged, has an easy time inspiring others, and can clearly guide others through their training. We would appreciate it if you have attended group classes before and have some experience from the concept/category of class you are interested in becoming an instructor for.

We are currently looking for instructors for Les Mills Bodypump, Pilates, Tabata, Zumba, and Cycling Beat.

Naturally, you are comfortable leading others and speaking in front of an enthusiastic group of participants. Your interest in fitness and health is seen as a given.
