Are you the one we are looking for?

This autumn, we are looking for a substitute teacher for the lower primary school (grades F-3). You will work in close collaboration with other colleagues, which also includes being a mentor for a grade 2 class.

About the role

As a teacher at a Dibber Kubik School, you are responsible for delivering high-quality education. You notice, articulate, and strengthen situations that build trusting relationships and work to create a positive community among students in the classroom, in meetings with guardians, and within your work team. You contribute with knowledge and creativity, engagement in learning, and patience. You celebrate the successes of your students and colleagues, big and small, and rejoice in their new learnings and discoveries. You are responsible for planning, teaching, documentation, and evaluation of the teaching together with your work team.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who are certified and qualified for grades F-3.

• Clear leadership in the classroom
• Ability to build trusting relationships
• Collaborative skills and an attitude of sharing knowledge and experience for collegial learning
• Ability to plan and organize your work

About us

Dibber Kubik School is a grades F-9 school in Helsingborg with approximately 430 students. Our focus areas are safety and study environment, increased goal achievement, and increased student attendance.

Dibber was established in Sweden in 2017 and currently operates preschools, primary schools, adapted primary schools, and open preschools. Dibber's headquarters are located in Sollentuna, and the company has operations in large parts of Sweden. We stand for lifelong learning and staying at the forefront of our professions.
