Habiliteringscenter Mörby Vuxen provides specialized care for children and young people with permanent disabilities. The operation is team-based and highly regulated, which places high demands on administrative accuracy, system familiarity, and good knowledge of current laws and guidelines.
Job Responsibilities
In the role of Administrator, you are responsible for qualified administrative support to the operation, including:
- Journal documentation and administrative handling in care systems
- Invitations, rescheduling, and patient-related administration
- Administrative support to the unit manager and team
- Follow-up, statistics, and reporting according to regional requirements
- Contact with guardians, internal functions, and external actors
- Ensuring that administrative procedures are followed according to current regulations
Qualifications
To be considered for this position with us, you need the following experience and knowledge:
- You are self-reliant and flexible, with the ability to independently initiate, prioritize, and complete multiple parallel tasks while maintaining quality.
- Good and applied knowledge of confidentiality legislation (OSL) and the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
Merits:
- At least 3 years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) in qualified administrative work within healthcare, habilitation, or other regional or authority-run operations.
- At least 2 years of documented practical experience with the journal system TakeCare.
- Documented experience working in the region's administrative support systems, such as Heroma.

Great emphasis will be placed on documented relevant experience and a good understanding of the administrative requirements of healthcare operations.
The position will be filled provided it does not need to be used for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.
In patient-facing work within the Stockholm County Council (SLSO):
- A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required, in addition to Swedish professional licensure. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
