We are looking for a driven HR consultant specializing in recruitment for an exciting assignment with a government agency in Solna. In this role, you will work broadly and operationally with the entire recruitment process and serve as a key support to managers on HR-related matters.
About the assignment
The assignment starts in August 2026, with the possibility of some handover already in June. The assignment runs until January 2027 and is 100%.
The work is initially performed on-site in Solna. The possibility of some remote work may become relevant later on, depending on the organization's needs and in dialogue with the responsible manager.
Responsibilities
In the role of HR consultant, you will primarily support the organization's managers with recruitment. Other tasks within broad HR work may also occur, with a focus on operational support to managers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working with recruitment and participating in the entire process - from requirement profile to employment decision
- Collaborating with colleagues within the HR department on matters related to talent acquisition, agreements, and salaries
- Serving as a professional and operational support to managers within the HR field
- Working with ongoing personnel administration
- Performing other common HR tasks, such as contract administration and training initiatives
Requirements
We are looking for you who have:
- A university degree in HR/Human Resources
- At least 2-3 years of experience working with recruitment, the entire process from requirement specification to employment contract
- Experience working consultatively towards managers
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, or similar)
- Experience with recruitment systems (e.g., ReachMee or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations within the HR field
- Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Good knowledge of English
