Process Owner Finance

Role Summary

As a Finance Process Owner - Commercial Finance, you will drive and govern global commercial finance processes across an international organization. You will play a key role in finance transformation, process harmonization, and standardization initiatives while ensuring strong financial controls and scalable ways of working across markets.

This is a highly senior and independent role, where you will collaborate closely with local and regional CFOs, finance leaders, and global stakeholders to shape the future of commercial finance processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Own and govern global commercial finance processes across markets and business units
• Drive harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement of finance processes
• Define and maintain global finance process standards, controls, and approved deviations
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including D365 Finance implementation activities
• Ensure finance processes support accurate accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and process efficiency improvements
• Collaborate closely with local CFOs, regional finance teams, and global stakeholders
• Monitor process performance and drive alignment with global standards
• Maintain clear and structured process documentation

Who You Are

We are searching for a senior finance professional with strong commercial finance experience and a passion for process improvement and global harmonization.

You bring:

• A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience within finance, controlling, accounting, or finance process ownership roles
• Experience from large multinational organizations
• Strong understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, reporting structures, and internal controls
• Experience driving process harmonization, standardization, or finance transformation initiatives
• Experience working with ERP systems such as D365 Finance, SAP, or similar platforms
• The ability to independently lead discussions and influence senior stakeholders, including CFO-level profiles
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Swedish language skills are considered an advantage but not a requirement

You are comfortable working independently in a senior role with broad stakeholder exposure and feel confident driving change across a global organization.
