Are you an analytical Business Controller looking to work in an international company with significant societal impact? At Adecco, we are currently recruiting a Controller for Siemens Energy in Finspång, where you will play a central role in supporting operations through qualified financial analysis and business management.

About the role

As a Business Controller, you play a central role in the operations, responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and communicating the financial status within your area of responsibility. You work closely with management, business units, and other commercial functions to ensure well-founded business decisions and effective financial control.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and monitoring profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and key performance indicators such as revenue, gross margin, cash flow, SG&A, and absorption.
• Presenting financial results, forecasts, and business insights to management and operations.
• Actively participating in monthly closing, budgeting, and forecasting processes for both local operations and business areas.
• Supporting project-related financial matters through Project Controller responsibilities.
• Collaborating with Business Administration and other commercial functions within both local and global organizations.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving the development and digitalization of financial processes and workflows.

This is a full-time position and a consulting assignment via Adecco from 2026-08-03 to 2027-07-31.

About you

We are looking for someone who is analytical, business-oriented, and thrives when taking ownership. You have a strong ability to translate numbers into business insights and communicate them clearly and pedagogically.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Controlling, accounting, financial management, or a similar field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or another relevant commercial education.
• Very good skills in Excel and a strong interest in data analysis and digital tools.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and deliver high-quality results within set deadlines.
• A drive to develop workflows and improve processes.
• Good teamwork skills and the ability to handle periods of high tempo.
• Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx is a plus.
