As a Business Controller, you play a central role in ensuring financial transparency and contributing to well-founded business decisions. The role exists to strengthen the monitoring, analysis, and development of financial processes and KPIs within the business, both locally and in collaboration with a global organization. You work closely with Business Administration and other commercial functions and actively contribute to the improvement and digitalization of working methods.

Common responsibilities:

  • Analysis and monitoring of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and KPIs
  • Work with closing, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Presenting financial status and analyses to management
  • Participation in project controller-related tasks and process development

Your profile

You are an analytical and structured person with strong self-drive and the ability to take responsibility for your tasks. You thrive in a role where you work both independently and in close collaboration with others, and you have a good ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality results even under time pressure. Furthermore, you are communicative and confident in presenting financial information to various audiences.

Requirements for the position:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Controlling, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Very good skills in MS Excel
  • Experience with data-driven work and financial analysis
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Experience with SAP and knowledge of tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx are meritorious.
