To meet an identified and growing need for administrative competence, we are seeking candidates for both ongoing and upcoming assignments with the client. About the role
As an administrator at Siemens Energy, you will work broadly with administrative tasks.

Examples of tasks may include:

• Supporting managers and/or departments in their daily work
• Managing calendars and booking meetings
• Handling purchases and simpler follow-ups
• Performing ongoing administrative work
• Coordinating tasks between different departments

About you
We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and meticulous. You are solution-oriented and thrive in a role that requires flexibility and handling varied tasks. You collaborate well with others while also being able to work independently.

We would appreciate if you have:

• Experience working in an administrative role
• Good proficiency in using various systems and digital tools
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Experience with SAP, Office 365, or similar systems is a plus
