About the role
You will become a key part of our eight-person finance team, focusing on the order-to-cash process. The role involves managing customer accounts and invoicing for a growing international customer base, where you will contribute to streamlining processes and ensuring the correct handling of invoices and reminders. Your ability to quickly adapt to new routines is crucial.

This is a one-year consultancy assignment.
Key responsibilities
A central role within the order-to-cash process where you ensure smooth handling of customer accounts and invoicing in a dynamic environment.
- Manage customer accounts, including credit notes.
- Invoice subscriptions and new customers.
- Respond to invoice inquiries from customers via email.
- Contribute to process improvements in a rapidly growing environment.
- Handle daily administration related to the order-to-cash process.
We are looking for someone who
- Has basic experience in finance or administration.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
- Is meticulous and structured in their work.
- Is service-oriented with good communication skills.
- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take responsibility for their own development.
