About the role

As a Customer Advisor, you will be a key member of the team, specializing in serving corporate clients. You will handle incoming calls and support customers over the phone. This role offers you the chance to deepen your expertise and contribute to a significant system transformation within the banking sector.

This is a temporary assignment starting immediately until December 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will handle a wide range of customer inquiries for our corporate clients via phone. You will be involved in the ongoing implementation of a new transaction system and responsible for lighter administrative tasks.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from corporate clients.
• Process simple orders and set up basic packages for small businesses.
• Carry out light administrative duties.

• Has strong phone etiquette and experience in customer contact.
• Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Is proactive, courageous, and eager to learn and ask questions.
• Is digitally curious and open to new technical solutions, including AI.
• Understands technical workflows and processes.

The following qualifications are a plus

• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience working with corporate clients.
• A genuine interest in technology.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Fortnox or Visma.
