We are now looking for a Service Technician & Customer Advisor for West East Gothland (Västra Östergötland). You will work closely with customers in agriculture and industry to prevent and solve pest problems. Through professional handling and high-quality work, you build long-term relationships and help customers create secure and sustainable operations.

No two days are alike. One day you visit a farm to help the customer find preventive solutions; the next day, you work on-site with an industrial client, analyzing needs and recommending the right measures.

You plan your work independently, while being part of a team where we share knowledge, help each other, and work towards common goals.

• Perform pest inspections and control measures for our customers
• Provide advice and recommendations to help customers prevent future problems
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional and trustworthy interaction
• Identify customer needs and propose solutions that create value
• Develop collaboration with both existing and new customers
• Plan and structure your work independently
• Contribute experience and knowledge to colleagues within the team

It is an advantage if you have

• So1 and SoX permits (pest control licenses)
• Experience or knowledge within agriculture
• Experience in customer-facing work
