About You

Are you someone who is passionate about customer service? We are looking for two Optical Assistants to join our team at Specsavers Norrköping City. The position is approximately 75%, with the possibility of more hours.

You should be outgoing, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have a passion for active sales and enjoy interacting with people.

As an Optical Assistant, you are the first person our customers meet when they enter the store. Therefore, this is an important role in creating a good first impression of our shop.

We offer a varied profession with clinical elements where the customer is always at the center.

Attitude and mindset are more important than prior experience, as all training is conducted internally.

Responsibilities

As an Optical Assistant, you work in a team with opticians. Your main responsibilities include preliminary measurements prior to eye examinations and booking these appointments.

You help our customers choose suitable spectacle frames, recommend and order lenses based on the customer's needs, and handle the adjustment and delivery of glasses. Additionally, you will be responsible for selling contact lenses and accessories.

You also ensure that the store always looks inviting and well-organized.
