As a Quotation Engineer at Modine, you play a central role in transforming customers' technical requirements into competitive and feasible solutions. You work closely with customers, Tech Sales, and our internal engineering teams, responsible for producing technically accurate and commercially strong quotations.

This is a role for you who thrives at the intersection of technology and business and wants to create customized solutions for the industry.

You are responsible for the entire quotation process - from incoming technical inquiries to the final quotation document. Through dialogue with customers and internal specialists, you ensure that every solution is technically optimized, feasible, and commercially competitive.

As a Quotation Engineer, you will among other things:

• Analyze technical specifications and customer requirements
• Conduct technical dialogues with customers to understand application and operating conditions
• Perform thermodynamic calculations and performance analyses
• Prepare quotations for standard and customized solutions
• Ensure correct costing, pricing, and technical compliance
• Work closely with Tech Sales and Design Engineering throughout the quotation process
• Contribute to improvements in working methods, tools, and processes

The position is located in Söderköping, where our production unit is also situated.

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest who also appreciates customer contact and commercial matters.

We believe you have:

• An engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• At least three years of experience as a Quotation Engineer, Application Engineer, Technical Sales, or similar
• Knowledge in thermodynamics, heat transfer, or process-related technology
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and customer requirements
• Experience in costing and commercial assessments
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English

Experience with heat exchangers, thermal systems, or the process industry is advantageous.
