Your role as a salesperson

The most important task for you as a salesperson is to find the perfect solution for your specific customer by actively listening, answering questions, and guiding the customer to the best purchase. It is about helping the customer through the entire process from the first meeting to the completed purchase. Of course, it doesn't end there; you may be needed for support even after the purchase. In the role of salesperson, you will also work with restocking goods and keeping the store updated according to the concept. Development, training, and keeping your technical competence up to date will be a natural part of your work.
