About the position
This is a full-time assignment where you are employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. You get a secure employment with us while having the opportunity to develop in one of Sweden's leading telecommunications companies.
As a consultant at Bravura, you get a dedicated consultant manager who supports you in your development, follows up on how you are doing in your role, and is there as support throughout the assignment. We work actively with your development and give you good conditions to grow – both within the assignment and further in your career.
The assignment is initially for 12 months, with very good opportunities for extension or transition to employment at Telia for the right person.

💼 Responsibilities
In the role of customer service representative at Telia, you are the customer's first point of contact and an important part of creating a positive experience. You receive incoming calls from private customers and help with questions regarding invoices and payment solutions.
The role involves more than traditional customer service – you work actively to understand the customer's needs, provide advice and guide the customer to solutions that create long-term value. The role also involves answering customers via text, where it is important to communicate well. You will develop in your dialogue in the daily work of presenting holistic solutions to customers.
You become part of a team where personality, engagement and the desire to develop are highly valued.
- Receive incoming calls and support customers with their cases
- Analyze needs and provide advice that creates value for the customer
- Work actively to develop the customer dialogue and identify relevant solutions
🔍 Education, experience and personal qualities
- Have completed upper secondary education
- Have experience from service, customer contact or sales
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
