Since 2001, Biocare has worked with the sales and service of mobile crushing and screening plants for quarries, contracting, and recycling. Over the years, the business has evolved from representing a single brand to offering a wide range of market-leading products for customers in industries such as quarrying, contracting, recycling, and mineral extraction.

Biocare offers a holistic solution where advisory services, training, service, and aftermarket support are a natural part of the business. The company works closely with several internationally leading manufacturers, giving you the opportunity to develop your technical competence through training, supplier visits, and close collaboration with both customers and suppliers. As part of a small team, you will have significant responsibility, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to influence the company's continued development.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Salesperson, you are responsible for developing the business together with both new and existing customers. The role is about understanding the customer's business, identifying needs, and proposing solutions that create value over time. You are not just selling a product – you are helping the customer find the right solution based on their production and operations. Customer dialogues focus on understanding how the customer works today and recommending a solution that contributes to a more efficient and profitable operation.

You are responsible for the sales process from initial contact and customer visits to quotation, negotiation, and closing the deal. During the process, you collaborate closely with both colleagues and suppliers, and after delivery, you continue to be an important contact for the customer. The role involves travel within Sweden where you visit customers and follow up on deals. You also participate in trade fairs, training sessions, and supplier meetings.

Your main tasks include:

  • Processing new customers and developing existing customer relationships
  • Visiting customers to understand their operations and recommend the right solution based on their needs
  • Developing solution proposals and quotations in close dialogue with the customer
  • Conducting machine demonstrations and participating in trade fairs
  • Following up on deals and contributing to long-term customer relationships

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • Technical experience from, for example, the contracting, quarrying, recycling, or process industries, or alternatively experience in technical sales targeting similar audiences
  • Good technical understanding and interest in industrial processes and machinery
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you have experience in consultative B2B sales of technical solutions or investment products, or alternatively an established network within the contracting, quarrying, or recycling industries.

You enjoy diving into new products and production processes and are motivated by understanding customer challenges and finding solutions that make a real difference in their operations. As a person, you are responsive, trustworthy, and relationship-building, while also working independently and taking responsibility for driving your business forward.

Location: Flexible location – West Coast or Linköping region
Salary: According to agreement
