About the role and responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Senzum, you work together with your colleagues and help our customers. You are motivated by the customer having a positive experience communicating with you. You will act as a problem solver for our customers by handling cases via email and chat, as well as incoming and outgoing calls. As a Customer Service Representative at Senzum, you are offered a varied and challenging job with opportunities to influence daily operations.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement

Employment type: Temporary/On-demand employment
