We are a first-generation family business operating in car sales and service. Toveks Bil was founded in 1994 by Gregor Tovek, who remains the main owner. The group employs approximately 850 people and has an annual turnover of around 5 billion SEK. We have facilities in 18 locations, primarily in West Sweden, and are authorized dealers for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and Scania.
We operate through three different companies under one common brand – Toveks Bil.

About the role
As the Operations Manager for Europcar in Motala, you are responsible for the daily operations of the station and serve as Europcar's face in the local area. You work independently with support from colleagues within both Europcar and Toveks Bil.
The role is broad and varied, with a strong focus on customer service, sales, administration, planning, and vehicle logistics. You are responsible for ensuring our customers receive a first-class experience while the station is run efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the daily operations of the station.
- Handling bookings, customer inquiries, and rental agreements.
- Providing service to both private and corporate customers.
- Working on sales and upselling Europcar services.
- Planning and coordinating the vehicle fleet according to business needs.
- Coordinating transport, workshop visits, and other vehicle logistics.
- Monitoring quality, customer satisfaction, and business results.
- Ensuring vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for rental.
- Performing washing, basic vehicle maintenance, and preparing vehicles for handover.
- Delivering and picking up vehicles as needed.
- Handling other administrative tasks relevant to the business.
Who are you?

Experience from car rental, the automotive industry, logistics, or transport operations is a plus.
You have good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Computer literacy and a valid Class B driver's license are required.
