We are now looking for a Service Coordinator for our assignment with Saab in Linköping. Caverion and Saab have an agreement regarding the technical management, operation, and maintenance of properties nationwide.

About the role

As a Service Coordinator, you are a central part of our delivery. You work closely with technicians, foremen, and other coordinating functions, ensuring that the workflow of work orders operates efficiently – from start to finish. You will have a varied daily routine involving planning, follow-up, and customer contact, where your structure and drive truly make a difference.

Your main responsibilities

• Plan and distribute work orders to the operations team
• Handle incoming cases and follow up on ongoing assignments
• Ensure quality before invoicing through analysis and assessment
• Responsible for invoicing to customers and tenants
• Participate in and lead alignment meetings with, for example, service managers
• Monitor the backlog and ensure assignments are completed on time
• Contribute to the development and improvement of working methods within the team

You work in several business and order systems and have customer contact. Travel for work purposes may occur.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least a high school education
• Have experience in administrative work and service
• Have knowledge of finance and invoicing
• Are accustomed to working in the Office package and preferably in order/business systems
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English

The following is meritorious:

• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of the property and/or installation industry

The position is located with the customer Saab and may entail requirements for security clearance and, in some cases, specific citizenship according to current regulations.
