Your Role

We are now looking for a Sales Representative to strengthen our sales team at Saab Tactical Electronics AB (STEAB). In this role, you lead and drive the entire sales process for our products, from initial customer contact to contract signing.

You will collaborate closely with our customers within both the defense industry and government agencies, tailoring solutions with our products to meet their specific needs. You will work closely with colleagues in the sales team as well as other departments at STEAB.

Saab Tactical Electronics AB is part of Saab's Business Area Dynamics and delivers customized robust electronics and camera/video systems for tracked and wheeled vehicles, as well as other applications within the defense sector. STEAB has a total of approximately 70 employees. As a Sales Representative, you play a central role in business acquisition and contribute to the technical development of our customers.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with an interest in the defense industry and its products. You have a few years of experience in sales and are accustomed to working in structured sales processes. You likely have post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

To be successful in this role, we see you as a socially outgoing person with good skills in creating and maintaining customer relationships. You are proactive, able to drive and complete your projects with good results. Furthermore, we see you as a responsive person with good collaboration skills. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently and thrive in structured environments.

The position is located in Linköping, Malmslätt. We expect you to have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English. Travel, both national and international, occurs continuously in the role.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance procedures according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
