You will play a crucial role in ensuring a high-quality and precise supply chain for both planned and unplanned maintenance. By collaborating with various parts of our organization and external customers, you will contribute to optimizing our deliveries and improving our service. Your contribution will be central to meeting our customers' needs and driving continuous improvements.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Responsible for all material supply for material deliveries and tools for maintenance and repairs.
• Delivery reporting and dialogue with local companies and customers to ensure high delivery security are central parts of the role.
• Coordinating delivery kick-offs with purchasing, workshop, warehouse, packing, and forwarding is included in your tasks.
• The goal is to ensure that deliveries occur on time (OTD - On-time-delivery) and to actively identify and rectify deviations.
• Expected to take an active role in continuous improvement work and collaborate with various interfaces.

What You Bring

• Experience in supply chain and logistics, or relevant education, is an advantage.
• An interest in customer relations and the ability to take on a coordinating role towards many interfaces is important.
• Team players who thrive on collaborating across departmental boundaries are a given in this role.
• Distinguishing features include your planning skills, structured and analytical work style, and a focus on improvements.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English is required, and experience with SAP is advantageous.

About the Team

You will become part of an engaged team of 8 employees who together take on new challenges. We work with our entire fleet of gas turbines and have many internal interfaces, meaning we work closely with project management, sales, purchasing, and various logistical functions. Our department is part of the Operations function at MGT Service, where we strive to offer low-emission energy solutions through the service and modernization of our equipment.

Within the Gas Services division, we offer zero or low-emission energy solutions based on our gas turbines, combined under one roof with steam turbines and generators. Through service, modernization, and digitalization of the delivered fleet, we create opportunities for a reduced climate footprint.
