About the role
As a Customer Service Representative at Anticimex, you are responsible for incoming customer inquiries via phone regarding pest control. The role is advisory and service-oriented, where you guide customers, register cases in the system, book remediation measures, and provide advice on pest identification.

The work requires focus, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. The position is located in the office in Norrköping and involves close collaboration with colleagues in the team.

You take responsibility for your work, are solution-oriented, and embrace feedback to continuously develop and become even better in the role.

Requirements

• Good computer and system skills
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Clean background check

It is meritorious if you have experience from previous service roles, advisory positions, or a similar industry. Additional languages beyond Swedish and English are also a big plus.

• Start date: End of August/beginning of September (exact start date to be confirmed)
• Working hours: Weekdays scheduled within the framework of 07:00–17:00

• Salary: According to collective agreement
