About the Company
Do you want to help develop technology used worldwide in the construction and transport industries? Expander System in Åtvidaberg is a world leader in innovative solutions for track wear and develops the well-known Expander® system, which extends the lifespan of heavy machinery and reduces downtime for customers globally. As part of the Nord-Lock Group, the company combines local roots with international presence and high technical competence.
In Åtvidaberg, development, production, and technical support take place in close collaboration between different functions. Here, you are offered a modern industrial environment focused on quality, innovation, and long-term solutions for construction machinery and heavy equipment.
About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative at Expander System, you will have a central and varied role where you work closely with both customers and internal functions. You are responsible for your own customer portfolio, coordinating the business from inquiry to delivery, and ensuring that customers receive the right solution, on time, with high service throughout the process.
>The work includes among other things:
- Managing customer cases from inquiry to delivery and follow-up
- Daily customer contact via phone and email
- Follow-up on deliveries and customer cases
- Coordination with purchasing, production, and logistics
- Support for outside sales representatives in various markets
- Handling technical questions together with production and designers
- Identifying upselling opportunities and contributing to the development of existing customer relationships
You work primarily with existing customers and have daily contact with customers around Europe, with a special focus on Germany and France. The role suits you if you thrive in an international environment where relationships, service, and structure are crucial for success.
The position is also in an exciting development phase where parts of the sales responsibility for Europe are gradually being moved to Sweden. This means more customer contacts, greater responsibility, and the opportunity to influence working methods and routines going forward. The pace can be high at times, especially during the initial period, which requires both flexibility and prioritization skills.
You will become part of a team of four inside sales representatives and will serve as a key link between customers, the company's outside sales force, and the internal organization. Through close collaboration with sales, purchasing, and production, you contribute to handling customer needs quickly and professionally.
The position is primarily located in Åtvidaberg.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar coordinating role, preferably within industrial or technical operations. To succeed in the role, we see that you:
- Have very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Are accustomed to working in business systems and administrative processes
- Work in a structured manner and have good prioritization skills
- Are service-oriented, communicative, and solution-oriented
