We are now looking for an HR Partner for the Business Support Department at the Department of Culture and Society (IKOS).
About the job
As an HR Partner with us, you will have a varied and exciting assignment where you are a key person in supporting managers within all HR processes, such as employment terms, working environment, change management, rehabilitation, and recruitment. You will be one of two HR Partners at the department, and your days will involve both operational and strategic work. Together with colleagues, you will have the opportunity to shape and ensure professional and efficient HR support. You will be part of the department's management group and primarily support managers and the department leadership, as well as employees.
You drive HR processes based on the organization's needs and towards Linköping University's set goals. As an HR Partner, you are also part of a larger network at the university and participate, together with the university's central HR department and other HR colleagues, in developing and implementing university-wide processes and routines within the HR area. We are looking for someone who is attracted to working in a complex organization where you often need to navigate multifaceted issues. In your daily work, you will encounter both large and small questions, and you should enjoy working with both administrative and operational HR issues as well as developing overarching HR processes.
About you
We are looking for you who have an academic degree from a university-level education with a focus on HR/personnel or equivalent, as well as several years of experience in broad HR work in a generalist role, preferably in a larger, complex organization.
You are relationship-building, develop long-term collaborations with managers, colleagues, and employees, and can adapt your communication according to the situations and people you meet. You act with good judgment and can weigh together and take into account several different factors in your decisions. You are secure and stable and have the ability to understand the operations and to act proactively from its perspective. You are self-reliant and structure your approach independently and drive your processes forward. It is important that you have good ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
Your workplace
You will be employed within the IKOS Business Support Department. Approximately 30 employees work at the department, who together provide leadership and operations with expertise, support, and coordination in various operational areas. The department has a total of ten divisions with a total of approximately 300 employees. Linköping University currently has, in addition to a central HR department, about 30 HR Partners who work close to the different parts of the operations. In the role, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge within HR and also have access to a broad competence network and opportunities for exciting collaborations.
About the employment
Permanent position, full-time. Start date as soon as possible, by agreement. Probation period may apply.
