We are expanding our HR team and looking for a business-oriented and driven HR Business Partner who wants to take clear ownership and be a natural partner to our managers and leaders in the business.
About the role
As an HR Business Partner here, you work operationally, consultatively, and closely with the business on HR matters throughout the entire employee journey. You support, coach, and challenge managers in their daily work - always with a focus on business, people, and sustainable results.
This is a role for you if you thrive in an environment where the pace varies, decision-making paths are short, and where you are given significant autonomy. You work independently within your area but are also a key part of our HR team and our continued development.
You will collaborate closely with the operations in your region, which means that travel will be a regular part of the role.
This is not an administrative HR role on the sidelines of the business - you are right in the middle of it!
Your main responsibilities
- Be responsible for and drive operational HR work within your region.
- Be a secure and accessible support for managers in matters related to employment law, work environment, rehabilitation, performance, and organizational changes.
- Coach and develop managers in leadership and employee matters.
- Ensure that HR processes are implemented and adhered to within the organization.
- Work proactively to develop ways of working, culture, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, collective agreements, and internal policies.
- Participate in and drive HR initiatives, projects, and improvement work.
- Monitor and analyze relevant HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate insights into concrete actions.
Who we are looking for
We believe you are someone who likes to work close to the business and is motivated by creating results through people. You are confident in HR practices, have good business acumen, and thrive in a role where you can combine operational work with development and change.
We would like you to have
- An academic education in HR or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in broad and independent HR work close to managers and operations.
- Good knowledge of employment law and experience working with collective agreements.
- Experience supporting managers in complex personnel cases and change management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with follow-ups and HR data.
- Ability to build trust, establish relationships, and drive issues forward.
