About the Job

Tempcon Tommy Nordbergh Åkeri is expanding and is now looking for a colleague in Mjölby to assist us with payroll administration. As a Payroll Administrator, you will work together with colleagues in your department to support the entire payroll function. Your responsibilities will include, among other things, registering data in various systems, creating and managing reports, handling expense reports, payroll calculations, and other similar payroll administrative tasks.

About You

We are looking for a cheerful and service-oriented person to join our team. You must be able to handle stress while remaining pleasant and delivering high-quality work. Loyalty and attention to detail are crucial to minimize errors. You must be fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken. Knowledge of English and other languages is a plus, as is experience from similar workplaces or the transport industry.

We prefer candidates with education in payroll administration and a few years of experience in payroll and personnel administration within the transport and logistics industry. Equivalent work experience or education will also be considered. You should be self-sufficient in using TransPA/AGDA, the Office suite, and Teams. Experience with the transport agreement is also desirable.

As a person, you are unpretentious, independent, and meticulous. You are service-oriented and possess pedagogical skills when interacting with colleagues, both blue-collar and white-collar workers. We also value that you are positive, have good analytical skills, and find it easy to organize and plan your work.

Requirements for the position:

  • Education in payroll administration, or equivalent education/work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
  • Very good skills in the Office suite and Teams.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Desirable: Experience with TransPA and Agda.
  • Highly desirable: Knowledge of other languages such as Serbian/Croatian, Polish, etc.

The work is performed at our office in Mjölby, primarily during office hours (08:00–17:00 or 07:00–16:00, Monday–Friday).
