This is a proactive role where you work closely with both customers, the sales team, and the workshop – primarily via phone and email. You will become a key person who drives the customer dialogue forward and ensures that the entire process runs smoothly, from the first contact to a completed transaction or workshop visit.

Your main responsibilities:

Book services and plan the workshop's work
Create work orders and coordinate with technicians
Follow up on cases and keep customers updated on a regular basis
Support the sales department in delivery processes
