About the positions
We are currently looking for two administrators for our office in Linköping. Both positions involve providing broad support to managers, project leaders, and researchers. This includes, for example, preparing procurement documentation, preparing for new hires, and assisting with the onboarding of new employees. You will contribute to developing and improving administrative routines and processes, as well as supporting colleagues within the organization. Working in various support systems and disseminating information internally and externally are also part of the roles.
Both positions include a significant amount of project support, where you will work together with project leaders to streamline work in various projects. In one of the positions, this project support specifically involves preparing and conducting courses and exercises, mainly within the Cyber area.
About the unit
You will belong to the office of the Cyber Defence and Command Technology division. The office consists of administrators and economists and provides close support to managers, project leaders, and employees in daily operations.

Do you have the competency profile we need?
Requirements
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent competence assessed by the employer as equivalent,
- Several years of documented experience in qualified administrative work,
- Experience in providing professional administrative support to managers and employees,
- Experience in project support for project leaders,
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing,
- Good ability to express yourself in English, both orally and in writing.
Since your role involves being a central contact point for both employees and managers, we are looking for you who are service-oriented, solution-focused, proactive, flexible, and have good collaboration skills. You are self-reliant and work proactively in a structured and driving manner to deliver results according to set timeframes and with good quality.
Merits
- Experience in planning and conducting conferences, exercises, or courses,
- Experience in administrative work within government agencies or other public sector operations,
- Experience with administrative support systems, such as Agresso,
- Experience with automated document handling and data compilation in Word and Excel,
- Experience working in a security-classified environment.

The position is a permanent employment that may be initiated with a six-month probationary period.
