At Senzum, you will start with a comprehensive onboarding program where you’ll learn everything about our company and the fundamentals of customer service. About the role and responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will work closely with your colleagues to assist our customers. You are motivated by ensuring every customer has a positive experience when communicating with you. You will act as a problem solver for our clients by handling cases via email and chat, as well as managing incoming and outgoing calls. In this role, you will enjoy varied and challenging work with opportunities to influence daily operations.

• Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement
• Employment type: Temporary/On-demand contract

• Workplace: Mjärdevi, Linköping
