We are currently seeking customer service representatives to join our team in Linköping.

At Senzum, you will start with a comprehensive onboarding program where you’ll learn everything about our company and the fundamentals of customer service. This means prior experience is not required – we will train you in what you need to know. What we look for is interest, willingness, and the right attitude!

About the role and responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will work closely with your colleagues to assist our customers. You are motivated by ensuring every customer has a positive experience when communicating with you. You will act as a problem solver for our clients by handling cases via email and chat, as well as managing incoming and outgoing calls. In this role, you will enjoy varied and challenging work with opportunities to influence daily operations.

Information:

  • Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement
  • Employment type: Temporary/On-demand contract
  • Start date: Immediately
  • Workplace: Mjärdevi, Linköping
