We are now looking for a field sales representative for the Östergötland district who wants to join an exciting growth journey as an established food company steps from niche channels into broad expansion within the Swedish grocery retail market.
For over 14 years, we have delivered appreciated frozen ready-meals to actors across Sweden. We are now growing within the grocery retail sector, where market reception has exceeded expectations. The next step is to shift into high gear for the future and continue developing our business and presence within the grocery retail market.

About the role
As a sales representative here, you will play a key role in our expansion within the grocery retail sector.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing new stores and creating long-term relationships
- Presenting and selling our products to stores
- Driving sales through campaigns, demos, and follow-ups
- Working data-driven with sales development and store potential
- Planning and following up on work via business systems and CRM
The role is primarily field-based, with approximately one administrative day per week from home office, but customer processing also takes place via phone. You will start by developing new areas and will have the opportunity to grow into larger customer responsibilities as the district develops. The district covers Östergötland with nearby locations in northern Småland and southern Södermanland up to the Stockholm area.
We are looking for you who:
- Have experience in sales within the grocery retail sector
- Have an existing network within stores or chains
- Understand store economics and sales-driving activities
- Have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
- Are proficient with computer systems
- Have a valid driver's license (Category B) and enjoy driving
You thrive in a role with high customer contact, a fast pace, and significant personal responsibility. You are a relationship-builder who enjoys doing business, while being unpretentious, positive, and enjoying working together with others towards common goals. You have a genuine interest in sales, understand what drives business in stores, and are inspired by modern food concepts and healthy products.
