Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Senzum. Your tasks will include:
- Assisting our clients' customers via phone, chat, and email – primarily in Norwegian, but also in Swedish
- Solving problems to ensure customers feel seen and satisfied
- Working across various systems to keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes
- Collaborating with a dedicated team that supports one another
A Typical Day
Your day starts with a cup of coffee and a quick check-in with the team. You then log into your systems and begin taking calls from customers who need your help. Between calls, you respond to emails and update cases in the system. We work together, support each other, and make sure to have fun along the way!
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Is fluent in Norwegian, Swedish, and English (both spoken and written) – required.
- Is social, communicative, and solution-oriented.
- Has the right attitude and is eager to develop professionally.
- Takes ownership and responsibility for your tasks.
- Understands their role within the team and contributes to collective success.
- Is punctual and reliable in keeping commitments.
- Has computer/system proficiency (advantageous, but not required).
No prior customer service experience? No problem – we will train you!

Start date: August (or earlier upon agreement)
Salary: Fixed hourly rate according to the collective agreement
