Your Role

As a Business Developer here, you will help create good conditions for current and future projects. You will drive and lead improvement projects with a strong digitalization focus to digitize our processes and routines.

The role involves translating decided digital strategies into practical action within the organization. You will work operationally to introduce new ways of working, programs, and digital tools in daily operations. The focus is on developing processes, not on pure IT infrastructure or system development.

Examples of your tasks:

• Mapping and analysis: Conduct current state analyses of existing processes and identify concrete development needs.
• Project management: Lead internal improvement projects from start to completed implementation.
• Structure and quality: Ensure good data quality, documentation, and that new routines are followed in operations.

Together with other key persons within the organization, you will support and coordinate issues related to digitalization. The role also involves participating in and driving other business development work within the department.

Your Profile

We are looking for a business-oriented change leader with digital competence who dares to challenge and improve our ways of working. The role involves collaborating with many different parties, so we believe you are a person who likes to have a large network.

You are methodical, can understand complex information, and have the ability to translate requirements and regulations into practical ways of working. You have an interest in business development and the ability to see the big picture in the work.

We place extra emphasis on:

• Documented experience in leading projects and practical change work in an operation.
• Ability to complete assigned projects or assignments.
• Experience in process analysis (methods for identifying the gap between current state and desired state).
• Good understanding of how digital tools and systems are applied in daily work (you should be able to bridge the gap between IT and operations).
• Very good communicative and pedagogical skills.

It is meritorious if you have a basic understanding of work in a government-approved organization.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
