We are now looking for additional telephone operators and customer service representatives. We are looking for you who want to become the world's best telephone operator! Are you a service-oriented and social person who is not afraid of the phone and can listen and type at the same time? Then we have the job for you!

Job Responsibilities

During your workday, you will answer incoming calls from various industries. The computer is your primary work tool, which requires you to be a proficient computer user and quick to learn new systems.

We are looking for someone who has...

A voice that lets your smile be heard through the phone. The courage to ask when you don't understand. A positive personality with lots of energy. We believe you are an attentive, calm, positive, and outgoing person who enjoys working within customer service. You should be organized, stress-resistant, and able to remain friendly even in the most pressured situations. You have a good ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain focus even during periods of high workload.

To succeed (experience and requirements)

Previous experience as a telephone operator is not a requirement, although it is an advantage. The most important thing is that you enjoy talking on the phone, as it is our primary work tool.

If you have experience from service roles and are accustomed to customer contact, you will likely enjoy the role and perform excellently. A large part of the job involves the ability to LISTEN and TYPE simultaneously.

The position requires good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. Since we have many customers with international contacts, it is very important that you speak and understand English.

To succeed in the role, you are comfortable talking to anyone on the other end of the line. You have fast typing skills and master the art of listening and typing at the same time.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of English, primarily spoken, as many customers call in English.
  • At least a high school diploma or other suitable education, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient computer skills and fast typing speed.

You will receive training in our programs as well as in call handling techniques, which will help you efficiently gather the information needed to perform your job to the best of your ability.
