Do you want to work in a service-oriented role in a lovely golf environment? We are now looking for an engaged and responsible receptionist for a consultancy assignment at Bråvikens Golf Club.

The assignment covers approximately 16–20 hours per week and runs from July 6 to August 31, with possibilities for extension.

About the role

As a receptionist, you will work in Bråvikens Golf Club's reception and shop. You will be the face of the club and responsible for providing members and guests with a professional and welcoming reception. The role is varied and suits you who enjoy providing service, working independently, and taking personal responsibility.

Your duties include among other things:

  • Staffing the reception and shop.
  • Customer service and member contact.
  • Bookings and administration.
  • Sales and cash handling.
  • Invoicing and simpler reporting.

Merits

It is an advantage if you have experience with the Crona cash register system and GIT (Golf's IT system), Excel and report handling, as well as invoicing and administrative work.

Important for the role

  • To be eligible for the role, you must have another main occupation of at least 50%, such as studies, another part-time job, or your own business.
  • You have good computer skills and can quickly get used to new systems.
  • You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • The role is a consultancy assignment via Adecco starting July 6 and running until August 31, with possibilities for extension.
  • The workload is approximately 16–20 hours per week.
