About the Job
Are you interested in coordination, steering, and development, and do you want to help shape a new function in the Transport Agency's Division for Shared Services?
The Division for Shared Services was established on April 1, 2025, and brings together the agency's enabling functions within finance, analysis, procurement, premises, customer service, communication, HR, and development. Together, we strengthen the conditions for understanding, implementing, and meeting the operations' needs for support, steering, coordination, and development. Through collaboration, professionalism, and innovation, we carry out our assignments for the benefit of the operations.
The division consists of approximately 150 employees distributed across five units.
We are looking for a Division Controller for Shared Services who, together with the division's management team, will drive and coordinate the work with our strategic planning, which should contribute to the division's progress and movement towards our target vision. Your responsibility involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring the division's economy and operations from a holistic perspective. You will also serve as a support for the division's managers and employees.

You will
- drive and coordinate the work with the division's business plan, budget, follow-up, and forecast
- produce materials for financial statements – accounting and analysis
- produce materials for quarterly reports – text and analysis
- be responsible for the division's part in the annual report
- develop and create relevant goals, metrics, and key performance indicators
- coordinate the work with the division's internal steering and control.
As a controller here, you will have close cooperation with other controllers in the agency to create an efficient and collaborative work environment. You will participate in agency-wide working groups and networks and collaborate with other functions within our own division and with similar assignments within the agency.
You must have
- an academic degree in economics or another direction we consider relevant
- current multi-year experience of working with qualified economic work within planning, follow-up, and/or steering
- current experience within business development and/or process work
- experience in leading and coordinating issues at a general level
- experience from working with forecasting and analysis
- good ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish.
It is meritorious if you also have
- worked as a controller in a qualified organization
- worked in business systems, for example UBW (formerly Agresso).

More Information
The assignment is permanent with placement at one of the agency's operational locations: Norrköping or Örebro. Start date according to agreement.
As an employee here, there is an opportunity to work remotely up to three days a week. It is the operation's needs and the nature of the tasks that determine if and to what extent this is possible.
An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security investigation with register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our security-classed tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
