About the role

Working with payroll issues for several customers simultaneously will of course be your main task, but you will also take on the role of Teamleader, where you will have the opportunity to support colleagues and contribute to the team's development – which is equally important. You are a customer-responsible consultant handling both payroll processes and the systems that make the job smooth. Our customer portfolio ranges from small companies to large, publicly listed firms.

We would love for you to participate in trade fairs, breakfast seminars, and perhaps even hold your own training sessions. All our consultants talk extensively with their customers and work continuously to solve problems and give advice; we are in a service profession. We handle most of our assignments from our office, but sometimes we need to visit the customer for physical presence, training, or similar.

Since we often help our customers find the right system solutions and workflows for their payroll management, it would be great if you have a particular interest in system-related matters. You do not need to be an expert, but rather have that interest in systems.

The location is in Norrköping or Linköping, depending on what suits you best.
