We are now looking for a Coordinator for EU Applications, at 20% capacity, for the Department of Energy Systems.
About the job
In the role of Coordinator, you lead the work with EU applications at the department. The work includes writing EU applications, planning and leading the work together with colleagues at the department, and maintaining regular contact with relevant parties at the European Commission regarding the application.
About you
We are looking for someone who is proactive in writing EU applications and has documented experience in leading EU projects (post-award) as well as writing and securing EU projects (pre-award). Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing is a requirement.
We want you to have:
- A degree from higher education at basic or advanced level.
- Documented experience in leading EU application work.
- Documented experience in leading EU projects.
The following would be meritorious:
- A good network within the EU regarding implementing agencies that fund research.
Your workplace
You will work at the Department of Energy Systems within the Faculty of Science and Engineering. The Department of Energy Systems is Sweden's oldest energy systems department and has been conducting research in the field since 1980.

About the employment
The employment is part-time, 20%, until March 31, 2027.
Start date by agreement.
