Who are we?
The Social Services Office in Norrköping Municipality works to put the individual's needs at the center. We strive to make it easy to receive help, and our support and treatment interventions maintain high quality based on legally secure assessments. We aim to find solutions close to the individual and contribute to positive change for them. Together, we want to create security and good social services for those living in Norrköping.
"Yrkesresan" (The Professional Journey) is a national concept for induction and competence development within social services. The purpose is to strengthen competence and professional pride among employees and managers through accessible and pedagogical knowledge.
This is a collaboration between SKR (The Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions), the National Board of Health and Welfare, RSS, and the municipalities. Implementation takes place regionally via FOU Östergötland, and all 13 municipalities in Östergötland are connected. A total of four professional journeys with corresponding areas of operation have been launched.

Your responsibilities
As an administrator within Yrkesresan, you take on the role of regional administrator.
You support the project manager and are responsible for providing support in the learning platform, administering courses from planning to follow-up, coordinating practical parts such as room booking, preparing materials, and serving trainers on course days. You also support the municipalities' local administrators, produce statistics and billing documentation, and handle other common practical and administrative tasks related to Yrkesresan.
You are part of the national network for regional administrators and participate in national and regional collaboration forums.
A large part of the administrator's work can be performed remotely, but there are regular meetings within FOU Östergötland in Linköping, which is responsible for implementation. If desired, office workspace is available in both Norrköping and Linköping.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are a Social Administrator (Higher Vocational Education) or have other post-secondary education in a relevant area, alternatively a high school education combined with several years of experience from qualified administrative work in the public sector, preferably within social services.
The courses in the different professional journeys take place in various locations in the county, so a B-driver's license for manual transmission is required.
Pedagogical experience is meritorious.
You have good experience working in administrative processes, have the ability to work independently, flexibly, and result-oriented, and sometimes under time pressure. Furthermore, you are a secure, structured, and goal-oriented person with good collaboration skills and the ability to capture ideas and see opportunities.
You are accustomed to expressing yourself well in speech and writing, are comfortable speaking in front of groups, and have good digital IT maturity.
