The work includes:
- Participating in the management and development of the ISO 9001/14001-certified part of the Swedish Maritime Administration's management system.

- Supporting and training operations in improvement work.

- Participating in internal steering and control work.
You will work together with colleagues who have great drive and commitment to quality.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have an academic education, at least a three-year degree in economics or engineering, preferably with a focus on quality management. You must have completed training in the ISO 9001 standard and have good knowledge of ISO 14001. Further requirements are that you have experience working with and developing quality management systems and conducting quality audits. We also want you to have a few years of current practical and documented experience leading systematic improvement work in a larger organization, knowledge of improvement methods and quality tools, and having conducted value stream analyses and process development work.
You must also have good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and possess good skills in working with IT tools and programs, e.g., the MS Office suite. A B-class driver's license is required.

We would appreciate experience in internal steering and control, digitalizing flows, processes, and work tasks.
We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. The work involves many contacts both within the Swedish Maritime Administration and with external stakeholders, which means that you are outgoing and can build trust and good relationships.
We therefore value that you are meticulous, unpretentious, and share experiences, show good cooperation skills, a positive attitude, and bring out the best in colleagues and partners. You are logical, plan, organize, and prioritize your tasks, take responsibility for your assignment, structure your approach, and drive your work.
