We are looking for an administrative professional who wants to help make daily operations run smoothly. This is a role for you if you like order, enjoy keeping things under control, and thrive on supporting others in their daily work.

You will work closely with the operations team and become a natural part of the group. This role is not about sitting on the sidelines; it is about being involved, taking responsibility, and contributing where needed.

About the role

The work is varied and practical, with many different points of contact. You help keep the administration together and ensure that information, bookings, and documentation are in place.

You will have ongoing contact with management, employees, and external parties. The role also involves international contacts, meaning English is used regularly.

The role offers room for independent responsibility and suits you if you like working autonomously while still being part of a larger context.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Ongoing administration and follow-up
  • Booking of travel, accommodation, and transport
  • Handling of documents, contracts, and administrative materials
  • Collection of timesheets and compilation of reports
  • Contact with suppliers, partners, and authorities
  • Administrative support to management and operations
  • Contributing to the creation of clear routines and structure
