You will become part of our Communication team and work in close collaboration with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, IT, and Business Development. Here you will have great opportunities to influence, develop, and contribute to our continued digital journey.

Your next challenge

As a Digital Project Manager, you will play a central role in developing and improving our digital tools, processes, and ways of working. You will become a key link between the business's needs and the technical solutions that create business value.

The role combines strategic thinking with operational execution. You lead development initiatives from needs analysis and prioritization to implementation, follow-up, and further development. At the same time, you collaborate closely with the business to ensure that our digital investments are effective – both for our customers and our internal users.

Examples of tasks:

• Drive digital development projects from idea to implementation
• Identify business needs and translate them into clear requirements and solutions
• Develop and improve digital tools, systems, and processes
• Lead initiatives related to CRM, customer journey, web, and digital sales and marketing tools
• Coordinate work between Marketing, Sales, IT, and external suppliers
• Prioritize development efforts based on business value and user needs
• Follow up on results and ensure that new ways of working and solutions create value in the business

Requirements for success in the role

We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, marketing, and technology and is motivated by creating structure, progress, and results. You are accustomed to coordinating various stakeholders, driving projects forward, and ensuring that ideas become reality.

You likely have a university or college degree in marketing, business development, digitalization, IT, or a related field.

We also look for you to have:

• Experience in independently leading projects from start to finish
• Good understanding of digital development and how systems and digital tools support customer needs
• Experience working cross-functionally between, for example, marketing, sales, and IT
• Ability to prioritize and make well-founded decisions based on business goals and operational value
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Marketing automation
• Customer journey development and digital sales tools
• Work within industrial or B2B businesses

As a person, you are structured and proactive with a natural ability to create engagement and collaboration. You build trusting relationships, get people to work towards common goals, and are driven by creating results that make a real difference.
